Downtown Storrs’ newest occupant is not so new. A branch of the iconic Huskies bar rakes them in on Thursdays by waiving the cover (not the ID check) and pouring $5 drinks from 9 to 10. Minutes after last call the party spills into the streets and breaks into pods. Some start a street dance-off. Some linger, some head home, many seek sustenance.
